People in business, especially smaller organizations, often misunderstand the role of standards and the benefits they can bring, both to individual organizations and the economy as a whole. The government is keen to tackle these misunderstandings, through education and by understanding more about people’s perceptions. We’ve been carrying out work on the government’s behalf – here are some of the results:
