Market Development Manager Appointed for Information Security

BSI Business Information is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Taylor to the role of market development manager (MDM). Richard Taylor will work on the development of market strategy in the areas of E-Commerce and Information Security for BSI Business Information and British Standards.

Richard Taylor's role will be to develop business critical standards and related information products for the e-business market, and build on the BSI Group's strong presence within information security.

BSI Business Information focuses on providing standards information and dynamic services such as training on using and applying standards, helping companies to achieve standardisation and work to best practice principles.

Richard Taylor joins the BSI Group with specific experience of e-commerce markets having previously worked for ViaCode Limited, an eBusiness and information security provider. Prior to this, Richard held key positions in the Royal Mail Group within the Electronic Services Business Unit developing e-commerce solutions for a range of significant clients.
